WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your key deliverable will be the preparation and review of the Financial Accounting, Reporting, and
Controlling function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting – Responsible for P2P, O2C and R2R functions at multiple legal entities level structure – Ensure that all transactions are accounted for within the stipulated timelines and in line with the
accounting standards/ IND AS and other applicable laws – Monthly/ Annual Closure of books of accounts – Ensure review of the ledger accounts periodically, identify risks, and highlight the same to the
management through exception reports – SOP preparation, periodic review and ensuring that these are adequate and operating effectively – Support for ERP implementation and another ongoing Tech development – Treasury operations and payment coordination
Statutory Financial Reporting – Daily, weekly, and monthly review of reports including preparation and publication of monthly
financial reports (P&L, Balance sheet, and cash flow and including schedules as per the accounting
standards and IND AS) within the timelines – Statutory financial reporting including internal reporting – Support to FP&A, Business Finance, Tax and other internal teams
Audit & Controlling – Own the responsibility of smooth and timely completion of all the internal and Statutory Audit and
take required actions to address issues arising from the audit – Custodian of Internal control and corporate governance – Coordination for stock audit and bank audits – Responsible for compliances like Insurance and reporting of ICOFR testing – XBRL and other statutory compliances – Repository of all agreements

- Strong in laying down systems and processes and ability to adhere to it – Highly focused on accounting, audit, risk, governance and controls – High on integrity & energy – Collaboratively working with other business
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE – A Chartered accountant with 6-8 years of relevant experience – Experience of working in a retail ecosystem would be an added advantage – Ability to work in an unstructured environment and set up systems & processes from scratch is a
must – Good communication skills and ability to represent the organization externally – A candidate with the ability to efficiently manage Stakeholders (Internal & External)
