3. Explain about themes and concepts
Designing
1. Get to know about the client budget and provide the designs which are achievable in that budget.
2. Providing and creating designs which are functional, aesthetic and meet the technical needs.
3. Preparing the timeline and achieving the committed timeline given for individual projects.
4. Taking site measurements and preparing CADD documents.
5. Preparing 3d model and present rendered images
6. Selecting / assisting for material selection
7. Preparing production’s drawings using Auto-CADD.
8. Preparing BOQ’s
9. Being a communication bridge between the client and the team (Execution & Sales).
10. Assisting Interior designer’s if required.
