The major challenge of this role is to manage the life cycle of new launches and
active management of replen business which accounts for >70 % of the business.
Ensuring code-level discoverability, consideration, and conversion for the brand
online by working closely with design, sourcing, marketing, marketplaces, product/
tech, and brand founders.
- Analyze ROS/aging/ DOC and implement the right inwards and right pricing to
ensure the brand is rightly placed inventory-wise - Support the creation of detailed bottom-up month/ qtr/ annual planning
- Support right execution on business metrics to ensure GMV, Inventory-DOC, and
Bottomline targets for the brand are met. - Plan style-level visibility with marketing counterparts to ensure STR is in line with
the plan - Work with design and marketplaces to finalize designs that can sell at healthy
GMs. - Study digital fashion trends and work with partners to create direction for
relevant merchandise to be produced. - Execute monthly merchandise day for the brand to diagnose good, and bad
styles and design learnings
