Location :- Bangalore

The major challenge of this role is to manage the life cycle of new launches and
active management of replen business which accounts for >70 % of the business.
Ensuring code-level discoverability, consideration, and conversion for the brand
online by working closely with design, sourcing, marketing, marketplaces, product/
tech, and brand founders.

  1. Analyze ROS/aging/ DOC and implement the right inwards and right pricing to
    ensure the brand is rightly placed inventory-wise
  2. Support the creation of detailed bottom-up month/ qtr/ annual planning
  3. Support right execution on business metrics to ensure GMV, Inventory-DOC, and
    Bottomline targets for the brand are met.
  4. Plan style-level visibility with marketing counterparts to ensure STR is in line with
    the plan
  5. Work with design and marketplaces to finalize designs that can sell at healthy
    GMs.
  6. Study digital fashion trends and work with partners to create direction for
    relevant merchandise to be produced.
  7. Execute monthly merchandise day for the brand to diagnose good, and bad
    styles and design learnings
    Key Skills
     Strong data orientation
     Experience in inventory planning is a plus
     Experience in pricing is a plus
     Experience in high-width environment Beauty/ Fashion is helpful
