Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Presales Manager with a robust background in electrical engineering to lead our presales team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to drive the development and presentation of compelling solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the presales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize deep technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions to support the sales team in understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design customized solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations, adeptly addressing client-specific concerns and requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities to strategically position our offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering departments to optimize revenue growth and elevate customer satisfaction levels.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on new product features and technologies, enhancing their capability to drive sales.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a presales or technical sales role within the electrical industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of both technical and sales processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong comprehension of electrical systems, products, and market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is highly desirable, showcasing ability to lead and inspire teams.
